Iivari Mononen Oy has agreed to sell the entire share capital of Exsane Oy to HSK Sähkö Oy. HSK Sähkö is part of the Habeo Group. Exsane’s business covers the construction, design, and maintenance of electrical, street lighting, and fiber networks. It employs 42 people and had a turnover of €7.0 million in 2022. The company’s offices are located in Porvoo, Tampere, Heinola, Mikkeli, Lapinlahti, and Joensuu.
The Habeo Group consists of regionally operating companies that serve nationwide. The group offers a wide range of all property technology services and solutions. HSK Sähkö is a full-service electrical contractor founded in 2004. The company’s business areas include street light maintenance, building technology installations, network construction, automation systems, electrical design in both the public and private sectors. HSK Sähkö operates throughout Finland and employs about 50 employees in Kalajoki and Oulu. HSK Sähkö has a associate company Joupet Oy, which is responsible for earthworks at network construction sites.
